CIRCULAR TO PARENTS

Dear Parents,

The new academic session 2014 –2015 has started.  We at TAFS strive to actualize the potential of our students by constantly encouraging them to redefine their capabilities.

Providing newspaper is one such endeavor on our part to give the young minds a global platform to update their information bank, re-invent themselves by writing for the paper and participate in a host of competitive programmes.  We have decided to subscribe ‘The Times of India’, student edition (NIE).  The subscription amount per student is Rs 275/- for a duration of six months which will be charged alongwith the school fees.

The membership also includes a host of activities like writing for the paper, workshops, industrial visits and competitions which will be spread across the entire session.

Newspapers not only give us information but improve our reading skills alongwith becoming an important learning tool.  Please encourage your ward to subscribe the newspaper.

The membership is open to classes IV & V (Primary) and VI – XI (Senior wing).  The membership is optional.  Last date for giving the consent is 13 May 2014. No requests for membership will be entertained after 13 May 2014.

        Dear Parents,

Physical Education is an integral part of school’s curriculum and P.E. activities have a vital role in the physical & mental development of a child. Ø  The completed consent form has to be given to the class teacher by the students after consulting with their parents by Friday, 04 April 2014.

Ø  The sport once allotted will not be changed.

Ø  If the strength goes beyond the specified limits then the child may not get his/her first option and would be considered for the subsequent options.
