CIRCULAR
FOR PARENTS : GUARDIAN’S / ESCORT I-CARD
Dear Parents,
We,
at TAFS have always striven to provide a safe
and secure environment for our students. In view of the prevailing security
scenario, we are introducing a ‘Guardians/
Escort’s I-Card for the parents/guardians / escorts.
A new I -card will be issued for each child,
which will have:

On
front side
·
the child’s details, photograph etc( The
same as a the School identity card)
·
On
reverse side
·
Photographs of child’s
1.
Mother 2. Father
3.
Escort (Grand-parent/aunt/ uncle/van
driver /personal driver/anyone who comes
to drop and pick up the child from school)
·
Relationship & Mobile number.
·
Please complete the proforma attached
below & PASTE passport size
photographs in the allotted boxes.
·
An amount of Rs. 18/- will be charged
for this through the next fee slip.
This
card will be valid only for this academic session i.e. till 31 March 2015 and
is to be returned to the class teacher on the day of the final open house.
Entry of parents/Escorts to drop or pick up their child/
meeting/PTA/ function etc , will not be permitted in Subroto Park without this
I-Card w.e.f. 02 Feb 2015.
In
the new session, we have planned to issue multiple fresh cards ( i.e. one for
each parent and a third for the escort i.e. grand-parent/aunt/ uncle/van driver
/personal driver/anyone who will come to drop and pick up the child from
school)
As
this is for the safety & security of your child, please treat this as ‘Most
Urgent’.
