SCHEME OF EVALUATION 2018-19 (UKG)

TERMS: The session is divided into two terms- Term-1 & Term-2. In each term continuous assessments will be conducted. There are no formal TESTS.

  1. CO-SCHOLASTIC skills like Games, Music, Dance and Art/Craft and Computers are assessed continuously. Grades are awarded only once in a term.
  2. PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT is assessed continuously throughout the year on the basis of etiquettes, confidence, neatness, participation in group activities and personal cleanliness.

  2. Only grades will be reflected in the Performance Profile/ Report cards.
  3. Tests /activities will be  conducted on a specific date which will be conveyed before. For  absentees  the tests/ activities will be taken in the next few days.
  4. CO-SCHOLASTIC skills like Games, Music, Dance and  Art/Craft  are  assessed  continuously on the basis of interest, discipline, team spirit, enthusiasm, talent and  creativity displayed by the students . Computers  Assessments are done through theory and practical tests. Grades are awarded only once in a term.
  5. PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT is assessed continuously throughout the year onthe basis of Courteousness, Confidence, Neatness, Regularity  and Punctuality, Initiative and Discipline.
